Hooter's Girls Perish in Attempt to Save Galveston Restaurant

GALVESTON ISLAND, TX - Trinia Dixon, Dina Lowe, Vivian Crenshaw and Michelle Taylor, four waitresses employed by Hooter's took up the cause to save their Galveston Island, TX workplace from Hurricane Ike but lost their lives in attempting the noble feat.

Herb Eisenstein, General Manager of the chain restaurant said the girls got the idea just days before Ike's landfall to stay in the restaurant in the hopes their recently inflated "boobies" would cause the building to remain afloat in the event the pilings gave way during the storm. Galveston officials reported on Saturday morning, however, that the restaurant fell into the gulf and hasn't been seen since.

The four brave girls who sacrificed their bodies (following their brains which had been sacrificed some time earlier) are presumed dead.
